These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://buzzhypnotica.com (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Risigesh Nivakaran, operating as Buzz Hypnotica (“Buzz Hypnotica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

6. Founding Client Program
The “Founding Client Program” mentioned on the Site is a special offering subject to its own terms and conditions. Participation in this program requires the execution of a separate, formal Master Services Agreement, which will govern the relationship, deliverables, rates, and obligations of both parties, including the provision of a case study and testimonial. The information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer for this program.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in the city of Toronto.
